We arrive on time - so that the group is not disrupted
Respect What is Said
We take time to listen and to share what we know. in this way we learn from each other.
We offer respect for the opinions of others in the group, Realising that there is no "right" or "wrong" - just many different views of any issue.. If we had their DNA and experiences we would proably think and act as they do.
We often share openly during the group, but have make an agreement that what is discussed will not be shared with people outside the room. This allows everyone to be open and safe with whatever personal issues they wish to explore.
Whatever emotion is released during a group is welcomed - as it is much better released than held in - the facilitator maintains safe boundaries around fully expressing feelings (and has tissues to hand if needed)
Respect Individual Needs
In the times when we mix and mingle, we give ourselves and each other the freedom and pemission to move to wherever feels best, to be alone or with others in a way that suits each individual's needs
